10 swimmers took part in the Rykneld Swimming Club Open Meet on Saturday May 5th, some doing their first open meet. Katie Walker, Eve McG and Emily Bettridge all collecting trophies, Katie - 2nd in 50m Backstroke, Eve - 1st in 50m Breaststroke and Emily - two 2nds and a 6th for 50m Free, 50m Fly and 100m I/M . Courtney Butters, Jade Kennerell, Callum and Aiden Williamson ,Aime Cheese and Tyler Meads all achieved p.bs and medal/trophy winning places and Holly Mansfield achieving p.bs.
