Kimberley Swimming Club swimmers at Regional Youth Championships



Kimberley Swimming Club swimmers will this coming weekend be competing in the Midlands Youth Regional Championships, having qualified to compete in events at the championships. Gemma Calder - in her first Midlands ,and Ben Barsby will be representing Kimberley SC and Mollie Wright will be representing Nova Centurion, so good luck to all three.

Notts ASA Stage 3 Gala 26/04/2014



Saturday the 26th saw Kimberley Swimming Club swimmers compete at Bramcote in the Notts ASA Stage 3 Gala and against tough components Kimberley came 5th. 

1st places went to Mathew Shipley, Charly Neilson, Joseph Kingsland and Ben Barsby x 2. 

Personal bests were achieved by Jade Calder, Bradley Francis, Molly Forrester, Chloe Bis, Jimi Knowles x 2 and Ben Barsby.

Following on from their recent success in the County  Champs, the following swimmers:

Leicester Diddy League 05/04/2014

Saturday the 5th of April saw the younger Kimberley Swimming Club swimmers aged 9 - 12yrs competing in the Leicester Diddy League. On the night all the swimmers did themselves proud with 35 first places out of 48 events, in addition to a host of personal bests.

Individual first places went to -

Lucy Middleton, Matthew Jackson, Lauren Shipley, Ted Goonan-Dunne x2, Chloe Bis, Tom Ellis, Jimi Knowles, Livia Kingsland x2, Finley Bunhejee x2, Joseph Kingsland, Jessica Shephard, Will Moore, Katie Walker and Joshua Skinner.

First places also went to the relay teams -

Mark Foster Swim Academy

This May Half-Term your child could have the opportunity
 to receive world class instruction from some of the
 biggest names in British swimming.

Mark Foster is a former 6 time world champion who is
arguably one of the most successful swimmers in British History.

His one day swim camps are designed with the next generation
of competitive swimmers and athletes in mind
and are backed by the ASA.

His Swim Academy brings together some of the most
experienced and knowledgeable names in British Swimming,
offering high coach to swimmer ratio
to ensure your child gets the attention they need to improve and
progress their swimming training.





Where are the camps running?

The one day camps will be running in Basildon, Manchester,
 Bristol & Leatherhead consecutively.

Who are they for?

Mark Foster's Swim Academy is open to any fully
competent* swimmer between the ages of 11 and 18.

How much does it cost?

The day costs £95 which includes Mark's Sporting Heroes Book
and a swim cap.
