Notts ASA County Champs 2017

To all Cat 2 registered swimmers

Hi everyone.

The following details of the County Champs have been e-mailed out to all:

       Meet Schedule
·         Qualifying Times
·         Entry Forms (male, female and disability)

Events are £4.50

OUR CLOSING DATE WILL BE MONDAY 12TH DECEMBER – LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. *

The Kimberley Pool is shutting for over Christmas for repairs on the 17th December so MUST have the county entries by the 12th December as will not get chance to pick entries up at the club. We will not chase up entries after the 12th.  Some swimmers will be entered in the relays even though they may not have an individual qualifying time.

All personal best times achieved  at the Festive Frenzy gala will be updated onto the entries.

Please confirm to Alan your availability for the relays (i.e. whether doing them for Kimberley or, if relevant, your alternative club)  .   To swim the relays for Kimberley you must do the individual events under Kimberley's name.

IF YOU ARE NOT SURE WHETHER YOUR SWIMMER HAS A COUNTY QUALIFYING TIME, PLEASE ASK.

Loughborough Training Sessions

As most of you should be aware, we have training sessions at Loughborough 50m Pool every other
Friday evening 8-.00p.m - 9.00p.m

Currently the numbers attending this session is very poor. We have tried to plug the lack of swimmers by inviting a group of swimmers who swim at Alfreton on a Friday night, to give them Long Course experience, but this is not always supported well, attendance wise.

The Loughborough session is open to all squad swimmers and swimmers that currently swim in Lane 5 and Lane 4 of the Improver Sessions.

If your swimmer wishes to attend, there is a list held at the desk for putting their name down.

We will be reviewing the numbers attending over the next couple of months. If there is not evidence that this session is being well supported then we need to consider whether it is worth us having it.
Remember, use it or lose it.
