The MID on the asa speed award refers to Middle Distance Award

In todays club champs there were plenty of great swims and plenty of p.bs.

CLUB CHAMPS 2010

The entry forms for the Club Champs are now available. ALL SQUAD and LANE 5 SWIMMERS ARE EXPECTED TO ENTER.
ALL main pool swimmers from the Improver sessions are also encouraged to enter. The closing date for entries is September 20th and this will be strictly adhered to.
If anyone wishes to sponsor an event in the club champs please let us know. As you can imagine there is considerable expense in hiring the pool and providing trophies for the children.
